1) I noticed that the inner tube of the SP rear sight diopter is threaded. Since the diopter is an Anschutz part does this not mean that I could
screw in one of the Anschutz anti-glare tubes on the rear sight?
I've recently picked up some of the clear apertures for the front sight, as well as the metal ones and the clear ones seem to fit decently (with
the adapter collar). I noticed that the front sight will only fit accessories on the rear surface, the front not being threaded.
2) Wondering whether I should loctite the screws on the front sight mount as they face downward and I worry that the recoil will eventually
loosen them. I think it's either that or safety-wire them and they look awfully small to drill and wire. I believe there is a version of loctite suitable
for use on aluminum. Any suggestions? Is this a valid concern?
thanks much,
Stefan
