Has anyone here had to send back dies to Lee or to return them to Graf's? Will

Nope! I reload for 21+ catridges, all with Lee dies, with no problem.

I haven't ( mostly because I'm not a Lee fan and I don't buy Lee very often, I think I've only got two sets of 'em ) but I've seen two
sets of dies bought by friends that had the wrong size expanders installed and had to be shipped back.

Nope! Do not need that caliber. Will, let us know what is wrong and how Lee deals with the problem.

I had a problem with a set of Lee 7.65X53 Mauser dies I purchased a few weeks ago. The Neck expander was messed up (Not machined smooth enough) The first case
I ran through the Sizer Die pulled the neck expander out of the die on the down stroke and I never got the thing out of the case until I split the case with my
Dremel Tool. So I called Lee and they sent me a new expander and I haven't had a problem sense. Fact is they offered to modify a sizer for me at no charge
when I had a chambering problem (turned out to be my fault) with a different caliber if I'd return the sizer and a fired case for them to use for exact
measurements.

If you are reloading for brass shot in a K31 chamber you should read this. http://www.surplusrifle.c...swissreloading1/index.asp

Yeah, my RCBS dies do the same thing, as long as I set them up right.
Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man. --Thomas Jefferson

Hi Guys, I had a problem with a set of Lee .223 dies several years ago. After resizing, I would notice little crescent shaped brass shavings appearing on my
equipment. The die was improperly shaped somehow, and was shaving off brass from the outside of the case. (Proper lubricant used, etc.) I took them back to the
store (Bob's Gun Shop in Norfolk, VA) who sent them back to Lee for me. Bob's gave me a replacement set on the spot so I wouldn't have to wait, and
Lee sent Bob's a free replacement set to even up. The new set worked fine. I have mostly Lee dies, and that's the only problem I've had with them
of any sort. Semper Fidelis, Fathead
