Does anyone have experience with these? Snagged a sporterized K31 that has these sights mounted. I don't particularly like them, but they were on the firearm which I got for $200 at a local estate auction. Wish it had the diopters Image

Look under the buttplate.  On mine there were to additional front sight posts of different height width in the small index hole under the top buttplate screw.

The Grunell has the following problems:
1) The rear sight is closer to your eye, as such it is harder to see clearly if you are over 42.
2) Almost ever other Swiss sight moves the impact 2 cm @ 300 M, the Grunell is less precise at 5 Cm @ 300 M or 0.6 MOA
3) Not the most robust front sight mount.

Good features:
1) very easy to adjust the front sight so that there is not windage as you go up and down.
2) very easy to add and remove.

My guess is for most folks the value in the sight is for a collection, not for match use.  as such I would guess the value if you put it on Ebay would be something less than 150 but more than 90 dollars.

well, your best bet is to put it one Ebay, sell it for what the market will bear and then put that case towards the diopter of your dreams. Sometimes stuff on Ebay goes for silly amounts of money.
