			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I loaded a few different bullets for my k31 with h335 with terrible results. last week I loaded some with varget with much better results, but still not  as
good as some of yours.

the combo I am settling on for now with components available is 43 grains of Varget under a Sierra Match King 175 grain. I didn&#39;t chrono anything, but the
best three shot group I got was 1 inch at 100 yards, the worst being 2.25 inches.

			<description><![CDATA[ The volume of rounds I fire in my pet K31 is relatively low and my barrel is in excellent shape.  It should last a lifetime, esp given my advanced age. 
However, some here shoot a much higher volume, with frequent practice and formal matches.  Eventually, throat erosion (maybe muzzle too) will start to degrade
accuracy.  Slower powders accelerate this effect.

			<description><![CDATA[ I have a 1871 Swiss Vetterli  that i most recently acquired in a gun trade. It seems to be missing the parts for the rim fire(no biggy can convert to
centerfire), And also missing the Cleaning Rod(no bayonet either). I don&#39;t know what the Rifle is worth but i thought it was a Fair trade considering the
Condition the Rifle is in. There are some small chips outta the upper front portion of the stalk but its very much complete and intact. That Rifling in the
Barrel is Beautiful and the bolt... ]]></description>

better the sniper is as a target rifle. The longer hammer forged barrel is match grade I would guess, and the trigger is improved. The adjustability of the gun
is told to be excellent as well......
